European Single Market – Performing Between Regulation and Equal Competition

The Ministry of the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector Baden-Württemberg is organising the congress for the “European Single Market – Performing Between Regulation and Equal Competition” on the 23rd and 24th November 2016. The congress will facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the exchanging of information between the European Commission, companies and representatives of the market surveillance authorities in Europe.

The legislation for safe and environmentally friendly products in the European single market has been gathering momentum. Companies must rise to new challenges in product development and compliance management. For fair competition, it is necessary to examine the legal requirements. At the congress, we would like to encourage and strengthen the practical advancement of legislation and market surveillance.

The language of the conference is German. In addition, simultaneous interpretation into English will be offered.
